Gammon pieces in spiced herb breadcrumbs

This recipe is a home invention based on my grandmother's recipe for chicken. If you don't eat pork, chicken will work perfectly, and if you're a vegetarian, you can also use mushrooms or tofu.




Ingredients - (serves 2)


300g gammon/tofu/chicken diced
1 tablespoon of -

  • Marjoram
  • Thyme
  • Paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Basil
  • Italian herb mix
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Powdered chicken broth
400g breadcrumbs
1 egg

1. Coat the pieces in egg (beaten)
2. Mix the breadcrumbs and the spices and add the gammon pieces to the mix





3. Put the lid on the box and shake well. Deep fry on high heat.
